  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues across the University.
  • Monitor data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the smooth running of financial, procurement and administrative processes.
  • Help academic colleagues engage with experiential learning opportunities.

About you:

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and making things happen. You will be organised, adaptable and comfortable managing a range of activities at the same time. You'll enjoy finding practical solutions, improving ways of working and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.

You'll be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience coordinating projects, services or activities.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • An ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of people.
  • Confidence using information and data to support decision-making.
  • Good digital skills, including Microsoft 365.
  • A commitment to providing an excellent experience for students and colleagues.
