TITLE: Research Assistant 1

Position Summary:

The research assistant will help with the qualitative analysis and synthesis of that analysis for publication of the research findings.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Verification of the fidelity of interview transcripts
Qualitative analysis of semi-structured interviews
Synthesis of the findings
Ensuring ethical considerations
Writing draft of the research findings

Qualifications:

Minimum MSc in health-related discipline
Experience in qualitative research methodologies
Experience in knowledge synthesis methods is an asset
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of French and English:

McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level #4 (qualifier) on a scale of 0-4.
