About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Administrator to provide high-quality administrative, operational, financial, and logistical support across a portfolio of UK and International research projects and programmes within the Newborn Health & Child Development team. You will be a member of the department administration team and will report to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will support financial administration.
  • Oversee small budgets.
  • Organise travel, meetings, and events across the group.
  • The postholder will also maintain the group's communication platforms and profiles.

Candidate Requirements

You will have:

  • Proven experience of managing high volume administrative activities.
  • Strong numeracy and organisational skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Contract Details

  • The post is full-time 35 hours per week, 1.0 FTE and fixed term until 31 May 2028.
  • The post is funded by a consortium of funders, including the NIHR and CRI Foundation, and is available immediately.
