MISSIONS:
The position involves contributing to two research projects.
- ANR PROPEOS project, which focuses on the impact of recommendation systems on consumer choices
- MACMIA project, related to issues surrounding AI education
ACTIVITIES:
- Analyse datasets using statistical software (R, Python, Stata, etc.)
- Conduct literature reviews
- Write academic papers
- Attend research seminars organised by the school
- Present academic papers at national and international conferences
- Teach or lead tutorials related to the projects
Job requirements
Level of training and / or experience required:
- PhD or Doctorat for less than 3 years
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge of online media
- Knowledge of recommendation systems
- Strong skills in quantitative analysis (Stata, R, Python, etc.) and/or qualitative analysis (text mining, NLP, etc.)
- Knowledge of AI
Advantageous skills, knowledge and experience:
- Ability to write summaries
- Ability to conduct interviews
- Knowledge of English
Abilities and skills:
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Good listening skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to come up with new ideas
- Interest in research
Salary indications:
Indicative salary range (excluding variable annual bonus): 35 400 euros gross per year, depending on profile and experience (reduced payroll taxes in a public institution).
