About the Role

Working Arrangements

This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week. Our preferred arrangement is for the postholder to work across five days per week, from 10:00am to 2:00pm. However, we would be open to discussing alternative working patterns and would consider alternative arrangements for the successful candidate, subject to business requirements.

This post is eligible for hybrid working, with the expectation that the postholder would work in the office at least 3 days per week.

Some flexibility in working hours may be required on rare occasions (with advance notice).

Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent customer service skills and a passion for supporting people? Warwick Business School is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our Masters Programmes team to provide effective, consistent, and high-quality support to postgraduate students and alumni, staff, faculty, and other stakeholders

In this varied role, you will act as a key point of contact for student and stakeholder enquiries. You will manage shared email inboxes, responding to queries directly or re-directing them to the appropriate teams.

You will also provide administrative support for a small number of taught modules, including managing assessment processes, processing submissions, liaising with markers, and ensuring the accurate and timely release of marks and feedback.

In addition, you will provide administrative support to the Masters Professional Services team (approximately 55 staff), contributing to the effective delivery of core operational activities across the postgraduate portfolio. This will include supporting administrative processes, staff recruitment, and coordinating routine activities to help the smooth running of the team.

This is a varied and rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

You will be comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy environment and building effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
