Requirements and Nature of Work

Description du travail attendu: Sous la supervision de la professeure Pascale Cornut St-Pierre et en collaboration avec certaines organisations non-gouvernementales de d fense de l environnement, effectuer des mandats de recherche relativement la finance durable et au contentieux climatique visant les entreprises. La candidate ou le candidat recherch est inscrit dans un programme d tudes en droit et poss de des connaissances avanc es dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : la responsabilit civile, le droit des affaires, le droit de la concurrence, le droit de la consommation, le droit de la faillite et de l insolvabilit ou le droit de l environnement. Une formation bi-juridique (droit civil et common law) est un atout. La langue de travail principale sera le fran ais.
