Business Operation Analyst 2-Palliative Medicine

The Business Operations Analyst 2 supports the strategic planning, analysis, and day-to-day operational needs of the Division of Palliative Medicine. This position plays an important role in strengthening the division s operational infrastructure in support of clinical, academic, and administrative priorities. Key areas of focus include business operations, reporting and analytics, project management, faculty and APP data reporting, faculty scheduling support, clinic closure coordination, IHIS template tracking, and administrative support for divisional operations.

This role works closely with the Division Administrator, Inpatient and Outpatient Directors, and Director of Quality to review data, monitor performance, support operational decisions, and help align resources with divisional strategy. The position also contributes to process improvement and business transformation efforts by gathering and analyzing information that informs planning, decision-making, and ongoing operational improvement.
